I’ve been working with Jay for roughly 18 months now from our initial meeting where we sat and discussed my goals and what I wanted to achieve. Jay put together a structured training plan focused specifically for the time which I could realistically set aside for training each week.
Knowing that Jay has himself raced and competed at the levels I wanted too meant that I trusted he understands the stresses on your body and how a dip in form can effect an athlete.
